FOREST PRACTICE
NOTICE BOARD

The Pyrles Lane surgery is open at 7am five days a week and closes at 6.30pm.

Our Station Road Branch is now open five mornings a week

Appointments for our GPs are bookable up to one month in advance. When all the advanced appointments are booked patients need to ring from 7am on the day they wish to be seen, a few appointments for the next day will become available after 5pm the day before. There are a limited number of appointments that are bookable on the day. When these are fully booked patients can only be seen if they have a medical emergency. Speak with a team member on reception if you are unsure whether your condition warrants an emergency appointment.

We would like to advise patients that from 7am to 8.15am there is only ONE team member answering phones and booking appointments. Please ring for results and general enquiries after this time. We appreciate your patience.

We are now taking bookings for our flu clinics. If you are in any of the risk categories over 65 or in the first trimester of your pregnancy you are entitled to a flu jab.  Please call reception to make your appointment.

We are pleased to announce that we have two new part-time G.P.'s who have joined us they are Dr.R.Ali and Dr.S.Worsnop

Forest Practice currently has a new intake of Registrars. Dr Nanra, Dr.O.Ali, Dr.Wong, Dr.Rafiq.

The next Patient Participation Group meeting will be held on Monday 6th February 2012 at 5.30 p.m. in our Pyrles Lane Branch. Look forward to seeing new faces.
